Refund Policy

Please note a used test kit is non-refundable. If the kit is unused and you would like to request a refund, you must notify us within seven (7) days of placing your order and confirm that you have not yet shipped your sample to our laboratory. We will refund the balance of the total purchase price after subtracting your shipping and handling charges. To initiate a refund please email us at contact@dnalabs.ca with your order details.
